This is the time to go explore Nature before things go to seed. I was blessed to have village neighbors share tools they have used to take a closer look at the plant life on Mount Lemmon. Both are tools I have had for years now. One can be used manually and the other can be attached to your phone lens. Here is a closer look to spores on the back of ferns, pictured below. The best part is that there is no need to pluck flowers and plants to do this. Please remember to be kind to our plants, not just for pollinators, but for the seeds to go back into the Earth for the next generation of growth.
Where do you purchase the magnifiers? Use the links below.
I do not get paid for advertising these, or receive any compensation. I simply want to help you explore Nature with tools that have worked for me.

I am not the first, nor the last of expressing and sharing the beauty of mathematics in Nature. What I will share in this blog are thoughts, experiences, and lessons learned to validate life, both human and botanical, living mathematically.
