 Psilostrophe cooperi - Paperflower is part of the Asteraceae family. The blooms can present themselves from Spring to Fall, but very much after the monsoon rains. From the walks in the desert, I often find Paperflowers next to Cacti 🌵. It’s a magnificent symbol of how desert plants , as diverse as they all are, can coexist in Nature. It can be done.
