Heracleum lanatum-Cow Parsnip is part of the Apiaceae family. These are the giants in the Spring and early Summers. Their blossoms are massive and beautiful, but always need to be admired from afar and respect. But have you seen the seeds? We tend to focus on the blooms, but these seeds are an art form too. Remember to ask permission. Listen and pay attention to the flora around you. Take a walk and enjoy the beauty. There is lots to learn. Take only pictures and memories.
